Walter C. Gross, Jr. - Mr. Gross is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Goelzer Investment Management and a member of Goelzer Investment Management's Investment Policy Committee with over three decades of asset management experience. Mr. Gross was previously with Bank One Investment Advisors Corporation where he was a wealth management advisor responsible for managing equity and fixed-income assets for over 100 personal trusts, individual agency/advisory and institutional clients, representing total assets approximately one billion.

Pat Chastain - Mrs. Chastain is a retired Vice President of the Indianapolis Water Company; Executive Director of The Hundred Club of Indianapolis; Vice President of the Indianapolis Fire Merit Board; former General Chairman of the annual Fire, Police and Deputy Sheriff Recognition Luncheon; Board President of Indiana Crime Prevention Coalition; Honorary Trustee, Leukemia Society of America, Indiana Chapter and received it's highest recognition, the "Diamond Award", in 1999; Treasurer of the Indianapolis Propylaeum Foundation and Indianapolis Propylaeum Investment Club; and President of the Indianapolis Downtown Exchange Club.
