FACULTY

Prof. Donald Tan, M.D. (Singapore)  will teach his refinement of the “Big Bubble” DALK technique.  This technique removes the entire recipient stroma down to Descemet’s membrane for superb visual outcomes.  Dr. Tan also will teach microkeratome-assisted ALK.  The microkeratome facilitates lamellar dissection of donor and recipient corneas and helps produce a smooth graft interface for improved visual outcomes.

Dr. Geoffrey Tabin (SLC, UT) Co-founder of the Himalayan Cataract Project.  Dr. Tabin will speak about DALK in the developing world.

Francis W. Price, Jr., M.D. (USA)—Course Director.  Dr. Price has over 20 years’ experience with anterior lamellar grafting surgeries.

This course will be held Friday and Saturday, April 25-26, 2008, just before ARVO, at Price Vision Group, 9002 N. Meridian Street, Suite 101, Indianapolis, IN  46260, USA.

Day 1:     April 25, 2008  -  Friday         8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.      6:00 p.m. – Dinner
Day 2:     April 26, 2008  -  Saturday     8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
